Motel 6 in Manteca is probably a sub par motel with inadequate rooms & for the most part everything in them. However the second story of the motel has more decent rooms and the things in them work correctly ie; air conditioner/heater, refrigerator, showers, tv & remotes. All in all the price for the rooms definitely is much higher than the rooms are worth , one night I spent $273.00 for a standard room. Overall motel 6 in Manteca is probably one of the tru valley’s biggest burn.

I’ve stayed here for a couple weeks to almost a month and no problems except some ratchets but other than that I love my home town

This is one of the best motels saying the least and I always stayed here. It’s got stores close and has its ups and downs. The only problem is it’s a lil expensive
