下午入住進房間躺床上一會就渾身發紅發癢，然後就看到被套上有血跡，酒店當時不提供客房服務，不換床單，衹好換了一間房。酒店提供的地下車位約等於無，讓我吃了一張路邊停的罰單，即使停在停車線內也被罰了，衹好自己去找公共停車場停車。之前不知道是誰在評論裡説酒店位置在主火附近的，希望你長點良心再好好説話。住了三天每天都不做衞生，房間沒有電話，沒有熱水壺，前台長期看不到人，連國內如家都比不上的酒店。對國人不算友好，希望大家避雷。 另表揚訂房網站客服幫助我積極與店家協商，雖然沒有成功，但態度非常好，在海外旅行衹有自己人才幫自己人。

飯店非常乾淨整潔，地點很好，離車站很近，交通方便。前台人員服務態度親切，暖氣很暖，熱水穩定，房間舒適，免費Wi-Fi也很順暢。晚上環境安靜，睡得很好。樓下還有販賣機，週日超市不開門的時候特別方便，非常推薦！

在市中心，跟火車站旁邊，步行20分鐘左右，曼海姆大學和水塔步行15分鐘。房間大小適中，內飾簡潔，還不錯。早上到的，額外加了15歐,德國人還是很嚴謹，做事重規則，説過12點加10歐。checkout時的女孩很熱情，我跟她聊了會，會説好久種語言, ciaociao

Basic but acceptable. The automated check-in process is a bit confusing if you book via 訂房網站 rather than B&B's own app. Rooms are fine, if a bit uninspiring, no tea or coffee making facilities but you get what you pay for. We arrived late, stayed one night and didn't have breakfast, so didn't interact with staff, but that's fine. Can't complain for the price. Have used B&B before and probably would again.

This is a budget hotel. If there's no AC I understand. But these hotels better start putting screens on their windows. Because mosquitos are migrating north from Climate Change and if you have no AC, you'll want to open the window, and you'll get eaten alive at night.

Sorry. Didn't manage to snap photos. Kitchenette is from a previous business establishment that is about to be removed. For business travel, it meets basic needs. Nothing fanciful. There's some noise coming from the street if the window is opened. Good thing about B&B is that it offers a private parking garage FOC but on a first come first served basis.

The room is ok, it has been refurbished but some wear and tear. The breakfast is pretty good. At the fringe of the city center but still pretty walkable.
