The location is nice, just 3km from Marina island, which I have Perak Triathlon race. Also find out good environment, quiet and cooling, not chance to go hike.. that will be one of my wishlist in future. The facilities is old are not maintained, Broken toilet door (bottom) and water leakeage mark. The furniture is old and the arrangement feel weird.. unpreasent at first seen. The worse part is I need to contact the management for my check in. Which inform thru my booking platform. 訂房網站.. Yet mention about unable to modified booking. I wish to cancel second night but rejected. Are you state this in booking apps?

Dari segi keseluruhan semuanya biasa sahaja, tempat ini berdekatan dengan pantai Teluk Batik Kemudahan di bilik biasa shj, aircond ada aircond lama, TV x boleh buka x cukup plug nk pasang, air pun lambat keluar selepas dibuka pam bru keluar seperti biasa.

Bolehlah utk bermalam jika tiada pilihan. Kelengkapan rumah kurang selesa. Bau rumah juga kurang selesa.

The indoor area was clean, but balcony are full of bird ****, I believe this unit or building are quite old in years. The toilet water pipe and flush water was brownish.. symbol of long time is vacant. Feel a bit scary, no wifi , and the air cond units was old and not cold. Living hall no air cond unit, only fan. This cause the unit quite warm, and now is high temperature.

Irresponsible management. Room is ready for still open for public booking. There was no water supply. Upon my arrival no one at front desk for me to refer. Phone number written on peice of paper with note " out for a while". When called someone answer and say he will back to the hotel. One nepalese guard helped me out to get the room key. When check in no water supply in the room.

Good. The apartment suitable for families or groups since they provide queen size bed in the living room ☺️ the owner also fast respond and easy to deal ☺️
