Near LRT station, accommodating staffs, old rooms but still nice especially the water pressure, worthy of the price.

Room is clean but the pool must be cleaned frequently. Buffet is not much. Location of of hotel is accessible as it is close to the train station.

the rooms are need to be renovate. the aircon condition is also not good. defetctive parts.the breakfast is also not good only water and coffee available when i had the breakfast. nothing special for the breakfast compare to others with same prices for the accomodation
the shower is also defective and the door knob of the bathroom. but the staff or the elavator man staff are very approachable as well a the guards on duty.they are kind

1st the check in was very slow, had us sit down in lobby and wait to be called on to get checked in . Once we got checked into our room we find the TV is not working. We called and it was like over an hour before someone arrived, then they couldn't fix the problem. Left and never came back . Next morning still no TV , Never came back to fix it. Then we find out that the WI FI is only good for 3 hours , and we were there for 2 nites . Finally they give us a code good for 5 days , but, we're only there 2 nites . Overall very Bad Customer Service. Refrigerator not working , wasn't plugged in.

We did even check in based solely on our experience with parking. The "free" parking they offer is terrible. It took 20 minutes to be able to get inside the lot only to find out there were no spots available. The lot looks like it only holds 20 cars, but there had to at least 35 cars parked everywhere. The security guard said we could leave the keys with him, and he would move the cars around if a spot opened up. There is no place to maneuver the cars. We did not stay. I went to the front desk to complain and asked for a refund. The front desk said no cancelation and were turned away. Based on this experience alone, I would never recommend this hotel.

The room is spacious, and the temperature is okay. However, they need to improve the facility, especially the shower room for bathing bottles (shampoo, conditioner, and the like). I didn't know where to put them while I was in the shower, so it was pretty inconvenient to place them on the counter outside. The showerhead and water temperature should also be upgraded. Also, the front desk should always issue an official receipt, even if the booking was done online. A client like me always asks for an official receipt or service invoice after checking out because it is the right thing to do and very essential for liquidation purposes.
