市中市白騎士酒店 (White Knight Hotel Intramuros)

位置是非常好的，環境在當地應該也算是湊合了，其他的就不多做評價了

房間總體還不錯，配備的洗髮沐浴露是小袋裝，簡陋了點，短期住一下還是不錯的，在西班牙王城裡麵。

Отель является частью старинного дома. Очень удобно и живописно. Когда-то это был великолепный отель. Сейчас в нем очень грязно. Также грязно, как и вокруг отеля. Персонал очень приветливый, стараются, но у них не очень получается - отваливаются куски стен. Ни в коем случае не кушать. Ингредиентов нет, повар заменяет их на свое усмотрение. Можно получить абсолютно не то, что заказали. Но местоположение отеля прощает все. Очень колоритно.

The hotel is great if you're actually going in the Intramuros area. It's very close to all the interesting places. As for the hotel, it really has value for money because it has strong wifi, there's more than one tv station, there's a lot of sockets for your charger, there's a mini ref, and there's even a blow-dryer! However, I would suggest for a pail and tabo and/or a bidet. I like that they allowed us to place our stuff on the hotel as we went around Intramuros and Ermita prior to leaving for the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

The area is magical at nights. I love it. The room is spacious. But... It's filthy. I caught a bedbug in the headboard. The floor seems like it's never been mopped. Absolutely filthy floors. The hall rugs look like they have never seen a vacuum cleaner. The food and drinks are absolutely on par with the state of cleanliness. Employees mostly do little more than socialize with each other. I think the owners have never had a look at the place and don't care. Which is such a shame. White Knight hotel has a historical background that cannot be bought. She has character as one of the oldest buildings in the city. It only needs an owner who loves the hotel and sees her for what she could be with a little bit of tlc.

First of all, we were disappointed with the service because of a massive mishap at the front desk. In the dead of the night, another guest opened our room and almost walked in on us until they noticed people inside. It turned out that the front desk clerk gave the guest the wrong key (a duplicate of our key they say is only meant for the staff). We thought they double booked our room but I’m glad it was just a mistake, but still it is a security and privacy issue. The indoor lock is also broken (see first photo) so the other guest was easily able to open the door after unlocking it. They also have a ₱2000 security deposit that we didn’t know was gonna be asked of us since it doesn’t seem to appear anywhere on the hotel listing in 訂房網站. It was fine but I wish we knew sooner (wish it was on the listing). We had to withdraw cash at a nearby ATM (since we mostly pay via card or e-wallet and didn’t have much cash on us) and they only take cash for the safety deposit (we offered paying via GCash but they only wanted cash). However, the location is amazing. It’s near a lot of restaurants and cafe. The surrounding area looks great too. As for cleanliness and amenities, you get what you pay for (it’s okay for the price).

Единственный из двух отелей районе Интромурос. Цена низкая и соответственно такие же номера. Все уютно. Есть горячая вода и кондиционер. Кровати удобные. В номере достаточно чисто. Ковёр в коридоре грязный. Отель в самом центре. Было безопасно, но я ставни окон завязала, чтобы не переживать, что кто-то ночью залезет через окно. В районе гуляли вечером и утром. Безопасно. При заселении берут депозит, при выселении отдают. На одну ночь идеально. В отель заехали на такси, из отеля вышли за пределы района и вызвали grab.
