My 2nd room is more spacious and get the ameneties I wanted 1st room was a disaster anyway hotel give its best to solve my issue and quite happy in the end. Also I do commend Jaypee from 訂房網站 customer service she is great solve my issue and dealt with hotel compensate as well for those inconvenience. Overall great experience.

I loved the hotels location as it is exactly infront of the mall and beside fast food restaurant and streetfood vendors. I would recommend this hotel for those who have business travel within the city.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable and we slept soundly each night. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Love the new room na pinaglipatan namin compare to our first room. Compare to their new built rooms. Some staffs are very accommodating, some of them lack of professionalism. But all in worth it naman. Sulit stay and sulit pera. Pwede na for overnight stay or pwedeng pansamantalng pahingahan. Next time ulit. Thank you!

Приветливый персонал и в целом отзывчивый. Но на нашу просьбу провести уборку в номере, ничего не было сделано. Мы прожили там 5 дней и у нас ни разу не прибрались, не поменяли полотенца. Находится далековато от центра города и основных достопримечательностей. Очень хорошо, что всегда была горячая вода, за это плюс.

Далеко от центра. Мы жили почти неделю, у нас ни разу не провели уборку в номере. На нашу просьбу об уборке, пообещали прибраться, но так ничего и не сделали. Есть тараканы.

受付後部屋まで案內してくれたが、鍵をわたされなかった。出かけることがなかったのでよかったが、チェックアウトの時鍵の返卻を求められた。 電話が爆音、一晩で3回かかってきた。 朝時間ギリギリまでいたが、となりの部屋の清掃音がうるさすぎ。 それ以外は良いと思います。
