Internet was fast, associates were friendly but the bed was squeaky, Tv was blurry and cannot connect to youtube or netflix, Plugs were not working so we weren’t able to charge, beddings is not nice and comfortable. We booked 2hrs before checking in and they haven’t received the booking yet so we stayed at the lobby for way too long and we haven’t received our original room but we asked to extended check out time at 1pm. Ac was too noisy too. Would recommend for only 1 night stay but no longer than that. Price is also affordable.

The room is too small and it's so freaking hot we can't even feel the Aircon. It feels like we're being cooked in the oven. What I like about our stay is the TV cuz it's big hehe. I hope you guys clean the Aircon and put some freon on it.

The place was quite clean but we had some small cockroaches in our room... The toilet and shower were fine. The room has no windows. The futuristic design is fun. The crew is very friendly and fast when we needed help with the AC(which was working fine, we just didn't realize there was a switch in the room for it). The hotel is near the MRT station but the surroundings are poor and dirty on the streets. Especially at night. So it's fine if you just want to hope on the public transportation quickly.

You get what you pay for really, so don’t complain when you turn up and find out it’s not 5* accommodation. If you are a high maintenance traveller then avoid, but if you don’t mind a dodgy area and cheap accommodation then this is your place. The MRT is only a few minutes walk, close to fast food restaurants.
Staff could smile a bit more though. Apart from that, all fine.

Other staffs are friendly and accommodating except for the front desk guy with pimpled face.
I would like to suggest to clean and check maintenance for air conditioning because some of the rooms are very hot and the toilet is not clean.

Отель очень средненький. Рядом очень много бездомных. Достаточно чисто, но не очень уютно. Расположение тоже не самое лучшее, с утра бывает шумно.
Лучше брать отели в районе bjc и перемещаться на такси.
