Worst Hotel Stay Ever From the moment I arrived, the service was already very disappointing. Although I was clearly informed that check-in time was at 3:00 PM, I noticed that guests who arrived after me were already being allowed to check in. I had to call the attention of the Front Office Associate (FOA) myself. If I had not followed up, I honestly do not know how much longer I would have had to wait before being accommodated. To make matters worse, I was initially given only one key card. I had to point out to the FOA that the standard number of key cards per room is two. Again, it was only after I raised the concern that the second key card was provided. These may seem like small issues, but they reflect a lack of attentiveness and proper service. The facilities were equally disappointing. We were unable to use the sauna because the jacuzzi was extremely dirty, and the shower room was also poorly maintained. For a hotel that charges its guests accordingly, cleanliness and proper maintenance of the facilities should be a basic standard. The most frustrating part of the experience happened during checkout when I was charged for local calls. I immediately raised this concern with the Front Office Manager (FOM), but instead of properly addressing the issue, she came across as unwelcoming and unprofessional. No one informed me that local calls would be charged, nor was there any clear signage or notice in the room stating that local calls were subject to charges. I believe guests should be properly informed of any additional charges before they incur them. Unfortunately, the way this concern was handled only made an already disappointing experience even worse. The FOM failed to demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and proper customer service in addressing a legitimate guest concern. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The staff were neither welcoming nor attentive, and the level of service demonstrated a lack of professionalism and competence. From check-in, to the condition of the facilities, to the way my concern was handled at checkout, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and reviews the service standards, staff training, facility maintenance, and guest communication procedures. Guests should not have to repeatedly call attention to basic service requirements, nor should they be left feeling that their legitimate concerns are being dismissed.

Place is nice and really a bang for your buck. Just wishing that the place would be properly maintained

Good stay overall. The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. Housekeeping could be a bit more thorough, but it did not significantly affect our experience. We would still recommend this hotel and consider staying again.
