這個酒店非常差。房間很小，穿很窄，產品顏色都很舊很灰了，房間裡連個能放電腦的桌子都沒有。酒店的衞生間非常大的異味，早飯分量非常少。燒水壺也是壞的。最要命的是這個酒店，完全沒有服務意識。我們因為遇到了一些意外，孩子腳崴了醫生建議趕緊回國治療，所以需要提前取消房間，酒店就是左不行右不行，還要求我們出具醫療證明，説什麼都是酒店政策不要取消，就非常**。每一個管理層都非常的**，遇到事情衹會假惺惺的，説讓我們理解他 解決問題那是想也不要想的。千萬不要去。

UPad Hotel is on the 12th floor. The staffs were accommodating..The breakfast were taste good, prepared and served in your own room but with only few choices. The comments I can say was that I booked for 5 days, I arrived around 12nn but they said that I can't have an early check-in and I can leave my luggages in their storage for P300 for 1 hour. I think they should provide a free luggage storage especially for those guests who are arrive early. I waited and got in to ny room around 3.30pm, I was so tired from an early flight and then they just told me that they were understaffed, and it seems they don't mind me complaining. Then it's on my 4rd day they able to change the beddiings and clean my room in my intire 5 days of staying in the hotel after 3 days of reminding the staff.

Yung room and service super okay. Ang problem dito eh yung parking nila, sobrang sikip sa basement. Pag SUV ang hirap na ipasok — may open parking naman kaso hindi mai-take risk kasi ang gusto eh iiwan ang car key sa parking attendant which is hindi okay at all. Sa parking lang talaga may problema dito, pero kung room and service pati food nila, super okay talaga.
