夢落霞灣 (Bay View)

It is hard to contact the person in charge. I cannot checkout early cos of this. There is no kettle, glass or mugs, no plates or utensils. The person looking after the place asked if I am going to cook, and proceeded with saying there is nothing here. What’s the point of asking? They also have 2000 pesos deposit. Which was not said before you book. The place kinda smells old and small. Just good for 1 person. It’s cheaper and more convenient to go to a local hotel than this place. I do not recommend.

チェックインができず部屋に入るまで１時間。デポジットは現金のみで不便。夜にはゴキブリが沢山出てきます。キッチン付きと記載されているのに電子レンジも調理器具も全くない。途中でホストに連絡取ろうとしても全く連絡がつかない。シャワーを使うと仕切りがないのでトイレまでビシャビシャになります。景色は最高ですが、それ以外に良いところはありませんでした。

overall the unit was nice, convenient and is worth the stay for family occasion. however, didn't anticipate Chinese speaking staff to be assisting so it was a challenge especially when the television can't be operated right away

Good Accomodation buts run down and leaking, a lot of sewer smells that needs fixing, to expensive for the condition of the apartment.

The title of the hotel post is misleading. It’s an Air BnB under a Condo. It’s not a Hotel. I even booked the wrong location when we booked the Grab because I thought the name of the Hotel was “Bay View” it’s Grand Riviera Suites! The following are the problems: (1) The owner is not accommodating. The Door Card was not working. The host only assisted us after several demands and intervention of the Guard. Can you imagine coming from a long day and you are very tired but you can’t enter your room and you have to beg the owner to assist you? No basic courtesy manners. The Owner is unapologetic AF. The Owner didn’t even say Thank you upon check out and return of the Deposit. (2) No Basic Toiletries. Only Tissue and Few Toothbrushes. Shampoo and Soap bottle are all empty. No Slippers for the area. They only provide 1 slipper for the Bathroom. (3) The Drainage in the bathroom is so F up. (4) Too many cockroaches! Even the Refrigerator has dead Cockroach. (5) No TV. Only Wifi. No Induction. No Microwave. For the price of an Air BnB, these appliances should be present. (6) Early Check out. The Standard check out should be 12 Noon! (7) Expensive for an Air BnB because it lacks basic appliances. (8) The Foot-Step of the Trash Bins are all broken. Pros (1) The unit is Big. (2) Air conditioned is functional for the size of the Unit. (3) Very accessible to Convenient Stores. (4) The Cleaners are super nice but not the owner.

Partly terrible, partly nice There are some baby cockroaches in our bathroom and kitchen… and our bed was broken. The worst thing is noisy alarm had been ringing since 2am to 4am every 20 mins which made us not able to sleep… This hotel cannot be called as a hotel as they say in this page, it was sort of condominium, we’ve got washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, pot, gym and pool.

Staff concierge - Brian - was very attentive. Other serving staff were great too. Very attentive staff at restaurant. Great view of Manila bay.

I am satisfied with the location and the staff. I just have one concern about the main door of the room, need more lock to make feels safe.

괜찮다고 판단했으면 작성할 리뷰, 적당했다면 안썼을 리뷰 입니다. 우선 베이뷰 라고 검색해봤고 호텔로 확인했지만 여기 그랜드 리베라 스위트라는 아파트먼트입니다. 제가확인을 디테일하게안하고예약... 3박예약후 1번째날 레이트체크인. 2번째날 오전에 관리인왔고 diposit 2천페소 지불후 룸클린, 타월체인지 요청. 저녁에 와봤지만 안되어있어서 3번째날 오전 프론트직원 통해 관리인에게 연락 후 재요청, 저녁에 타월체인지 및 룸클린 안되어있어서 타월따로 구매하였음. 3번째날 밤에 거실쪽 물바다생성 바닥 물고임현상. 기존3일째쓰던 타월로 물닦아냄. 체크아웃시에 타월더럽다고 비용발생요구. 타월체인지도 안되고 물이 바닥에서 샌다 말하였지만 중국인오너 왈 타월더러우니 비용내라. 한참얘기하다 600pesos 지불하고 체크아웃함. 디테일 : 1.첫날 체크인 침대에 검은 실밥같은거 및 알갱이 다수발견, 청결상태 x 2. 인덕션, 공기청정기, 세탁기 있었지만 전부 작동안함 접시,냄비 등 있었지만 수저 젓가락 포크등 없었고 싱크대수납장에 공사하던 타일등 가득차있음 3. 에어컨 옛날여관 에어컨같은 조그만 에어컨2대있는데 소음심하고 가동할수록 공기 습해짐 장점 : 50층이었는데 전망은좋고 온수는 잘나옴 개인적인결론 : 박당 10만원조금넘는 금액으로 이용하였지만 3만원에도 재방문의사 절대없음. 리뷰용으로 사진찍으려다가 그냥 마지막날 오전9시에 눈뜨자마자 체크아웃
