This hotel is located in busy area and near railway station, so the downside is bit of traffic and outside noise, but it gets quiet after 11 pm. Also, there was no towel and wash cloth in the bathroom. I had to call front desk to get it. I've stayed in many hotel and this is the first one where there was no shampoo, even though it is shown as 4 star in Trip and *******.

Average. Not really happy with the service but good for a short stay. On arrival had to wait for 40mins to check in due to some technical issues. However they compensated with late check out of 1 hour. Breakfast was good variety of options available. Rooms are very spacious. Amenities are all well maintained.
