Location is good , room is clean and service is good. Very nearby to city centre and very good restaurants. Breakfast is provided as a package in the attached vegetarian restaurant which is below average.

Hotel surroundings are too bad. The bathroom is not up to the mark like an unhygienic bucket, mug and too small (No working exhaust as well). A step between room and bathroom height is horrible. The window curtain is damaged and not closed properly. No Kettle for Hot Water. I expected a better room for this price when compared with other 3 star hotels. The room is too congested between the Bed and TV Wall. Unbreathable Bathroom irritates me more.....

Complete room was with pest effect more roaches found at room including washroom. I m the regular guest but I was not happy with service at room no 112 network also not working

Had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Karuna Residency in Mangalore. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location is very convenient. A special thanks to the front office staff for their warm, courteous, and professional service — they truly made the experience better. Highly recommended!
