Hotel was good but it was not maintained well. It looks like all the items inside were too old. White towel was not in white color it was used many times. There was no tv in my room Overall it was average or below avg

when I forgot to take back my water bottle,and came again to check again ,this hotel person says ,it is not there.Blattantly lier.Not to be recommended to stay . Highly to be avoided Hotel Prestige in Mangalore

It's like a lodge. The photos in the website is nothing comparable with the reality. The room was very dull with zero maintainance. The bedsheets were torn and were not tidy. Bathroom was not clean with dirt on the walls and the curtain inside it. Toiletries were not provided. Kettle was also not working properly. Overall very bad experience.Not recommending to anyone.

I have stayed in the hotel on the past but was really disappointed with the service this time. I was there for 4 nights and no room cleaning was done once. on the last day when I was there the cleaning boys came but I found them too dicey to let the clean the room. Room was neat and clean with basic amenities that's why average rating. Also I was giving a road facing room so couldn't rest as the hotel didn't have sound proof glasses and it felt like sleeping on the road!!!

Rooms (Club delux) : spacious and clean with hygiene toilets and comfy bed. But the cot is placed right next to the window and it feels like you are literally sleeping on the road as the windows are not sound proof. We literally did not sleep for 2 nights due to extreme traffic noise. Complimentary Breakfast: I didn't not expect a great spread for the price I had paid, but the least expected was that they serve stale food where we couldn't consume even a single dish.

The staff were kind and the stay was really good. My family had no complaints. They let us keep our bags at the hotel few hours prior to our stay as well post our stay. The hotel has a very peaceful vibe.
