Family group, don't allow early check-in without extra charges. Hotel is not hygienic surroundings are really dirty and smell all around. Sheets and pillows cover not clean properly. Even asked they haven't provided clean blanket.

Rooms, service are excellent. Staff are very courteous. Bathroom was clean and hygienic. Lacks proper parking facility. Parking is at owner's risk. One guy threatened if i don't pay him, he would damage my car.

This hotel accommodation can be rated 2* as its normal one. No drinking water, no hot alternate, only solar option. Zero parking facility. No hygine. Too expensive. If around inr 2, 500 - 3, 000, its worth. Beyond this you can get better place in and around mangalore

We did not face any major difficulty during the stay, but it is a place just to stay. You should not expect an experience like good food, good service or any kind of cooperation from the staffs. Night bulbs might not be in place, bathroom fittings might not be working etc.
