邁索爾路維拉西尼旅館 (Vilasini Inn)

Worst hotel, no basic amenities. Not gave single water bottle. No soap, shampoo, towel. Old type rooms, old type beds. No hot water. No restaurant. Worst bathroom. Yukkkk

Poor service no responsible person available while checking out had to leave the key in the reception having waited for long, i was asked to leave the key and leave without doing any checkout formalities.

Very unhygienic… Room wasn’t cleaned , Dirty sheets , Dirty washrooms , insects and cockroaches all over the room ...

The photos are different from the actual. It's a shabby hotel with only one person on the reception. Worst toiletries. Found people smoking in the rooms by doors open. Looks like they are the friends of the reception staff.Not recommend at all!

Not an ideal place for families to stay here. After visiting this place we felt not to stay here Random people visit here which is not secure for families. Receptionist asks to hand over keys in the absence during stay. Just not an ideal place to stay safe. Not a safe place to stay for families. We did not even stayed there for a night. we just got refreshed for 15 mins and went off

Good ambience, easy to access attached to highway, good response by staff.

The place is on the highway, extremely dirty, unclean and also very shady, was not feeling safe at all over there, staff are very money minded

For 1700 rs and such a location, the stay was average at best. The room had an android tv but they didn't have working internet in the hotel. So couldn't use the tv. The room didn't have a wifi. On enquiry he said they are installing wifi. If they are yet to install wifi, then why are they telling they have wifi available on the property details. Their ceiling fan is the table fan type and it won't give enough air required. Thankfully they had a balcony which helped us survive. Apart from that, the blanket provided didn't have a cover. I don't think they would wash the blanket after each stay. So i guess we used and used blanket, which is very disappointing considering i paid 1700 for this. There is no in house kitchen. And there is no telephone in room. If you need to ask something you need to walk till the reception. There are no good restaurants close by. If you have a vehicle then you can manage. Apart from that, you need to ask for towel and soap on your own. They won't give it on their own. They didn't even provide drinking water. We had to bring it on our own. No glass or any form of cutleries provided. Very dissatisfied with the hotel service.

There are no room service and restaurant in this hotel no housekeeping no receptionist bathroom water problem. Please don't suggest this kind of properties this property not value for money

Hotel was nice, restaurant is under construction but the service guy was kind enough to manage it from nearby hotels.
