寫真以上に素敵なホテルでしたビーチも綺麗で人が少なく1人でもリラックスできました。日本人の口コミがなく不安でしたが　本當に文句なしなホテルです。ただ空港からのタクシー代が2000rp高いです💦 が絶対にお薦めします😘

It was pleasant stay I extended my stay but due to some reason room cleaning was not done and when they changed my room that room was also not ready and they were not aware again they shifted me to same room I have to wait outside until cleaning

This is a lovely resort situated in Mandrem beach. There are a lots of facilities inside the hotel including many restaurants, swimming pools and a spa/gym centre

The hotel has a beautiful green tropical area surrounded by palm trees, but with all this, a very big disadvantage of the hotel is that it is not maintained in good condition, the territory is poorly cleaned. Not only are the rooms already very shabby, but they are also poorly cleaned, when checking in, the floor in the room was dirty and not washed, apparently from previous guests, it was uncomfortable to step on it, all the shelves are dusty, there is dirt in the corners of the room, all this spoiled the impression of the hotel, although its territory is very beautiful due to the landscape design and tropical vegetation, just clean it and everything will be fine

We stayed for 6 nights and the location couldn’t get any better. On the doorstep to Mandrem beach which is also a lot quieter than the other beaches. Food wasn’t great and overpriced food/beverages in general (especially alcohol). We went half board and still had to pay for soft drinks for dinner. However we spent our days on mandrem beach and we ordered from a place called mandrem beach shack which was very reasonably priced for food and cheap alcohol. I’d recommend using that restaurant for drinks and food if you don’t go half board/ full board. We found it quite unprofessional as we were shortchanged each time and they kept the extra as tip as they couldn’t give any change. Overall, great location and perfect for the beach.

Основной минус - в этом отеле празнуют свадьбы и всё внимание персонала уделено проведению свадеб. Постоянно строят декорации, по территории ходят несколько десятков работников, грязных грузчиков целыми днями. Лежаки от основного бассейна убирают, так как они мешают грузчикам. Оплаченный нами ужин по системе "шведский стол" из-за свадеб постоянно отменялся и предлагалось выбрать по меню в кафе на улице. В день заселения нам и как выяснилось и другим людям дают грязную комнату с ужасным видом, ссылаясь на то, что номеров нет и завтра поменяют на тот номер, который мы оплатили. В итоге мы вынуждены были потерять полдня в ожидании переселения из номера в номер. Весь персонал неприветливый, неуслужливый и даже не здоровается. В комнатах очень грязно даже на видных местах, белье с пятнами жёлтого оттенка. Ремонт всюду делался очень давно, хотя на сайте указано, что в 2022 году была реновация, но это неправда. Еда вся острая, расчитана на индусов, невкусная, выбор большой, но есть нечего. В других отелях также есть индийская еда, но она хотя бы вкусная. Заявленных бесплатных занятий йогой и посещение тренажерного зала оказались платными. Лежаков у бассейнов около 10-ти на огромный отель. Рядом течёт река, от которой периодически пахнет гавном, так они ещё и водой из этой реки поливают территорию отеля. Уехав из этого отеля, мы с радостью обнаружили, что индийская еда может быть вкусной, работники приветливыми, отель и территория чистыми, а постельное бельё белым. Единственный плюс этого отеля - его месторасположение.

The location of Riva is excellent. Right on the quietest part of the beach, but still very accessible to beach shacks and restaurants. There are 3 pools on the premises and the spa services are great. Check in and check out was so smooth. I really wish I could rate Riva higher because it’s a beautiful resort with hospitable staff and it has the potential to be very relaxing. However the food was a huge letdown. Goa is known as an amazing culinary experience, and I wish Riva was able to offer food that was upto Goan standards. I ordered a soup at the cafe and it was substandard to say the least. The sambhar and veg gravy the next morning was watered down and then over salted. Fortunately my resourceful family was able to find some amazing food options outside the hotel. There’s work to do and I will wait to hear of better food reviews before I recommend or visit again.
