No hot water at all, the air conditioner is very noisy, and there is no soundproofing. We can hear anyone passing by from inside the room. The only place that is okay is the lobby.

Looks better online than when you see it yourself. Rooms and furniture are old, uncomfortable bed, aircon can't be adjusted so room is too cold with it on and too hot with it off. Noise from machinery and heavy traffic road outside makes sleeping difficult. Water in the shower works OK but never gets hot. Rooms don't get cleaned every day. Breakfast tastes OK but portions too small - better to eat outside but not many choices in walking distance from the hotel.
