Logement plutôt propre mais le bâtiment est très vieillissant. La douche est pleine de calcaire mais le reste de la chambre est relativement propre et spacieuse. Déçu que le frigo ne marche pas et qu'il n'y ai pas de bouilloire. Nous avons pas eu l'occasion de tester la piscine mais elle avait l'air propre. Merci au personnel qui ont été gentil et accepté que nous puissions y déposer nos gros bagages avant le check-in !

Vraiment l’endroit parfait la piscine super accès facile juste le seul défaut c’est la wifi et j’y ai souvent séjourné mais j’alterne avec un autre lieux car parfois je dois bosser et la wifi est mauvaise sinon l’établissement est au top du top e

I enjoy this spot and when I need to stay close to airport but don't want the loud and Hussle n bussle of being on mactan it is my go to. Nice pool. Like the in room mini kitchen and bed is comfy... And great price with my 訂房網站 discount!

Power back up generator is non functional. Water pressure is inconsistent.Drains tend to clog. Needs new pillows.Maintenance crew is absent and doesn't have backup. Place is noisy due to both guests and staff. Cleanliness needs professionalizing and upgrade. The only saving grace are the two front desk clerks Adelle and Benjie who both do their best even with the neglect of top management and owners.

The room is clean. I suppose to write a nice review inspite of having difficulty in finding their address but something happened. I forgot my pouch (pink) I have all my make up there which I just bought. I'm already home at Bantayan Island when I realize my pouch wasn't inside my bagpack. Then I quickly call their phone numbers that I found on their site telling them I left my pouch. Twice I did call but the answer is both negative. How come?

We had a great time at Grand Apartelle. It has become my go-to place to stay whenever I'm in Cebu. We are satisfied with the spacious room and the location. The staff are nice and professional.

This is my second booking in one week. I trust this hotel to be clean and tidy as always, security guard lady is a very friendly person. Staff are quiet and polite. Everything else checks out great, no problems at all.
