The hotel looks nice, and the staff are generally friendly and smiling, especially the doorman and the guard who were always ready to help get a cab. Its location is convenient, just about 6 minutes away from SM J Mall. However, there were a few disappointments. The photos showed amenities like slippers, but there were none during our stay. The hot shower also wasn’t hot. I originally booked 5 nights for a Superior Executive Room through 訂房網站 at ₱1,954 per night. Later, I decided to extend for 1 more night, but the front desk charged me over ₱2,900 for that additional night. When I asked why, mentioning that the 訂房網站 rate was still ₱1,954, the staff advised me to book directly with them instead of using the app, saying it would be “easier.” Unfortunately, that advice wasn’t helpful, and I ended up paying the higher rate. The price difference between ₱1,954 and ₱2,900 for the same room left me very disappointed, and I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

Great place to stay, especially if traveling with kids. Our bedroom is spacious and comfy. They maintained cleanliness towards the whole area. I also appreciate their staff for their kindness. great and recommendable place to stay for travel

Superb experience and will checkin again. The room is excelent very nice and cozy, smells good, clean bedsheets, the aircon functions well, water in the c.r. so good and hot n cold water function well, the towels are new, Breakfast so good, has many food to choose and staff are friendly and assist you. All in all it feels so good and wii diffinetly come back. Thank you allure
