The place is in the center of Mandaue city actually in Times square mall of mandaue its kind of New look like hotel Korean style, nice firm big bed soft pillows spacious room, had a kettle, bedit, bottled water, safe to use had small refrigerator and food snack for pay. I like the room actually kind of good value for money restaurant around very close to UCmed and chong hua hosp. Very close to the airport either had a few club in the area. I can recommend this hotel. The staff is very polite and very helpful.

Ang lamig ng AC nila. Tatamarin ka lumabas kasi mainit sa labas mas maeenjoy mo sa room. Medyo may oras lang na mahina ang wifi nila. malinis at mabilis mag responce kapag may kailangan o concern ka. Safe naman, medyo main*** lang nga sa gabi since malapit sa mga bars ang place pero dika naman maiinis kasi di naman ganun kalakasan ang sounds pag nasa room kana. Mairerecommend pa ito sa iba. Accessible sa lahat, malls hospitals market airport at iba pa. Thank u Kojo Hotel sa magandang serbisyo ninyo sa aking pamilya. More powers!

Check in and check out process were both smooth. Staff were very nice, helpful and smiley. The room was neat and clean. Everything was good except for the damp smell. I also saw one tiny cockroach near the closet. Location wise, very convenient as it is close to shops, restaurants and banks. Overall it was a good stay. Will definitely book again in the future.

First impression was quite bad due to a stale smell in the room and without windows. But once the air conditioning is turned on, that smell went away and felt quite good. Room was quiet probably due to no windows. Service was excellent. Staff were friendly and helped with every enquiry we had. It provided luggage storage facility as our flight was very late.

Clean room. Accesible to transportation. I'll surely get back here. Not to mention the freshly smell beddings. As a traveller, this hotel is indeed best for those who want to save money but deserving of a quality - affordable stay.
