It's very decent considering it's price, it actually exceeded expectations after reading previous feedback. Love it's proximity to Mega, Shang and The Podium; nice staffs, the bed was soft, AC cold, great pools and the view is to die for! There were a few dead cockroaches here and there, hot shower not working and some stains in 1 towel. Nonetheless, we had a great stay, def recommendable and we'll def be back!

Okay lahat pati staff and attendants ng reception. But not working yung microwave and kalan :( Hindi namin nainit yung food and di rin nakapagluto ng bfast. This is my 4th time booking sa bsa and ganun talaga yung kalan nila, sobrang hina, ang tagal bago makaluto kahit prito lang ng egg lol. Pero kung stay ang pag uusapan, we are well rested naman. Malakas a/c and relaxing view and bed.

This hotel is in a very good location, just in front of Megamall, very good access to the mall for your essentials and other things to do. The only bad thing I have for this stay is that the room we are in has a bad wifi connection, I've stayed in this hotel before but I think I was in a room with a good connection than this current one.

We always love it here. Aside from this is the most affordable, I love that they have 2 pools so it can accommodate many guests. Though some furnitures need upgrading and fixing, my kids still love it here. The location is also very good since it is just across Megamall where you can buy almost anything if you miss something or eat anything depending on your cravings. So this hotel I must say is highly recommended to families out there!! 🤗

everything is just fine... i always stay here everytime i'm in Manila, accessible to my whereabouts. i just wish the hair dryer is working well because it's working or it's just too slow, i always needed to bring my own hair dryer... everything is just fine though, just this time i haven't had my own hair dryer and i hated to keep asking for it, so i had to just not wash my hair so often instead during my stay.

I love the place and the reception. The room is very spacious, and worth more than you paid for. Our stay (my daughter and I) but we loved it. Tho the ac may be quite the outdated type, still it served its purpose.  The receptionists are accommodating, and the release of the deposit payment was acted on fast.  Thank you, BSA TWIN TOWERS! I frequently stay in this hotel whenever I go for a vacation. This hotel is very accessible and convenient to many government offices restaurants and shopping malls. Amenities need some upgrade. Bed and linens were comfortable I always have a good sleep.

You can see cockroaches everywhere, especially in the rooms. But thanks for the upgrade to the penthouse — a bigger and newly renovated room. We still enjoyed our stay since it’s very accessible to the malls, really a go-to-hotel and very affordable.
