這個酒店我還是不太建議國內的人來住因為很不吉利房間裡有臟東西 陰森森的晚上還可能遇到不好的太恐怖了國內的朋友們避雷呀避雷！

1. Extremely dirty. Floor in the room, all surfaces. Spider net on the corners. 2. The hotel doesn't have breakfast!!! 3. I asked taxi before departure. I was waiting for 50 minutes. Every 5 minutes I asked about arrival time of the car. No information, just smiling. In result I get airport by tuk-tuk. 4. Stuff do not have any simple knowledge of English. 5. It is possible to change just USD! No any other currencys!!! No Euro, no thb, no any!!! 6. Swimming pool is very dirty. Water was green colour.

Very disappointing after the photos on 訂房網站 - I should have read the reviews. The Reception area is very poor - after 6pm the staff consisted of around 8 young boys who really couldn’t care less about people arriving (apart from one individual who spoke very good English and was very helpful. The other boys sat around doing nothing wrapped up in blankets. This is the result of poor management. The passports had to be kept in reception in an open drawer under the counter - I got mine back and put it in my safe deposit box as they were not in a safe place. Some female staff were diligent and worked hard - they seemed so scared in getting anything wrong. If you want to change money don’t do it at the hotel. Money changers are numerous in Mandalay and offer a good service. The hotel did not provide any information on these and obviously preferred to change at a poor rate. I will be travelling to Mandalay again - the Burmese people are generally warm, welcoming and lovely to meet. Would I stay at The Grand Park Hotel? Not a chance.

Большой отель со всем необходимым, можно заказать еду в номер. Хороший бассейн на крыше. Персонал всегда готов помочь, хотя не очень хорошо говорит по-английски, и тут необходима настойчивость. Курение разрешено практически везде. Рядом рынок с едой и прочим.

Not really worth the price. The room itself was okay, but the value for money was not good. The staff didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult. Also, I found a very large cockroach in the room, which was quite unpleasant.
