Comfortable room for my overnight stay, acceptable room soundproofing, excellent staff service. Room table was not properly cleaned as there were strands of hair from previous occupant on it.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with friendly courtesy, everything was clearly explained by the lady receptionist and, as an added bonus, our room was ready, even though it was only 1.30 pm. This was a big plus for us. On the Friday evening, we relaxed with a drink at the bar and a very good meal in the restaurant. Again, the staff were friendly and helpful. On each of the mornings, we had an excellent breakfast which set us up for the day and finished the evenings off with dinner in the restaurant. We had an excellent experience and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Malmaison Manchester.
