整體來說，這是一次非常好的體驗。公寓本身非常棒——設計精美、維護良好，而且地理位置對於在市區活動來說極為便利。工作人員全程也都非常友善且專業。不過，我確實注意到房間裡有一種持續的低頻噪音，這讓人有點困擾，特別是在晚上。這有點可惜，因為其他的一切都很優秀。如果你對聲音比較敏感（淺眠），建議可能要帶個耳塞備用。總的來說，這還是一個很棒的地方，我未來還是會考慮再次入住

在伊蒂哈德球場看比賽就住這兒了，地理位置很不錯，看完比賽跟著大部隊步行回酒店半小時不到，第二天去機場也可以直接坐火車，酒店應該是給我升級為了套房，帶廚房和洗衣機，體驗很好！！下次來還會選擇住這~

房間窗戶較小，光線𠕇些暗，住了4晚，其間無人打掃衞生，也沒人換毛巾，垃圾多了，衹能自己放在房門口，有人收。交通方便。酒店建築風格挺特別，有烤箱、冰箱、洗衣機

Location is excellent- right next to Piccadilly station. The room was very tasteful, retaining just the right amount of period features. The staff were fantastic and let us check in a little early. The kitchenette is a very helpful addition to the room. We really liked the mattress, firm but incredibly comfortable. Overall, a great stay.

喜歡這種風格的老建築，就要接受它的缺點，例如樓上保潔拖動傢俱動靜一大，房頂磚縫裡的粉末就會被震下來，隔音也不會很好。客廳沙發的一衹腳折了，電視機不知道是屏幕壞了還是信號問題，淋浴房玻璃門合不上洗澡水會撒出去，水壓也不夠強。床倒是很好睡。

location is superb room is big but no washing machine and dryer as advertised .Worse of all No aircoditioning in the room , air qualities sucks and no ventilation ,would have died of suffocation .At the very least your staff offered a standing fan offered a standing fan .Will never stay if it summer .will never stay again .

Stayed here a few times and it’s consistently good. Great location to reach everything on foot. Now appears to be run by Numa Group which is great - improved check in etc via the Numa app. Usually stay in room that has a small kitchenette, especially if here for a few days. Staff always helpful. Laid back and characterful place
