If you stay at a Premier Inn bring a toilet brush!
I use Premier Inn quite a lot - convenient, comfortable and value for money. Not this time! There seems to have been a change in corporate policy, for the worse. The card that I got when checking in told me that I could get my room made up by informing Reception before 12:00, which I did. Upon my return to the room nothing had been done! Reception then informed me that their head office policy now was for stays longer than one night, rooms would only be made up after 5 days! Fortunately they found some clean towels, replacement tea bags and a toilet brush. Someone from the bar then helped me make up the room and clean the bathroom. Top marks for staff helpfulness but no marks for corporate cleanliness.

The hotel is what you would expect. However they charged me twice for the hotel and had to go and had to drive back to the hotel to get a refund. The reception was unorganised and slow. And most of the time nobody on reception. The rooms was good and was clean so can't complain. However the weirdest set up ever the sinks was outside the bathroom. The sinks was in the room where you sleep awful to try and use sink while you have a baby or someone sleeping.
