Fantastic for plane lovers. Staff were v helpful and responded quickly to an issue which we were happy with. The exec rooms are becoming a bit tired and needing a bit of a overhaul soon especially for the cost.

酒店就在客運大樓裡面，我們是逛夠了市區，晚上從市區坐火車，20多分鐘就到了，直接進到酒店，比打車更方便；酒店服務人員熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，一張大床加一張梳化床，住3個成人完全沒問題。酒店隔音很好，住在這裡，乘坐第二天的飛機就很從容了；英式早餐該有的品種都有，土豆餅好吃，另外自己榨的橙子汁是小驚喜，酸甜可口；自助退房，房卡扔進大堂的一個郵筒裡就行，然後出發去T2，走不了5分鐘就到了，特別方便。

火車下來走站內連接機場的通道可以直接到達，早上走到T2就五分鐘。房間不小，兩個28寸行李箱攤開完全美問題。窗外夜景也不錯。就是樓下餐廳貴，一份牛排50鎊，前台的自助小超市裡的飲料也比外面貴一倍。

The hotel was in a very good location to walk to the airport departures. The room was a good size, bed comfortable and quiet room. Staff were friendly. We didn't have a TV remote control, so we had to call twice to receive a new one. We were also shocked at the price of a glass of wine in the bar, so unfortunately, we didn't use the restaurant/bar. We would stay here again because of easy access to the airport.

JW萬豪，名至實歸。因為這次海南JW萬豪的體驗，讓我計劃明年再去海南。酒店房間好 風景好，餐飲也好 ，酒店的KAZAKOV給我母親照顧和關心尤其地貼心細心。另外去國葯免稅城有商務車接送。原來預訂了兩天房間，但意猶未盡，在房源緊張的時候，酒店還為我母親在原房間增加安排了一天住宿。

Everything about our stay was amazing ! The staff were superb.The food in the Resteraunt  was lovely and it’s great to see that some of the staff have worked there for many years. A first class experience !
