米德蘭住宿 (The Midland)

服務：給一個星，咖啡機漏水寫了便簽也不給換，要求的拖鞋也不給拿，服務真是差 環境：市中心，步行 公交方便，吃飯更方便 衞生：挺好的，不理解浴缸的那塊活動玻璃門衹為了攔截花灑的水吧，這邊花灑都在浴缸裡，不是獨立的 設施：蠻好，老牌子酒店了 自認為留言沒啥問題呢 Hello, I'm the guest in Room 627. The coffee machine in my room is leaking. Please replace it with a new one. Also, I need two pairs of slippers. I have already written this request on the hotel comment card in my room, but no one has followed up. Thank you for your help.

酒店古香古色。感覺如住城堡，地點方便

非常失望的體驗。在酒店遺失了耳機，向工作人員求助時，對方極其敷衍，衹是讓我去問保潔人員。保潔否認後，酒店方竟以規定為由拒絕讓我進入現場親自查看，衹憑口頭告知“沒有就是沒有”，完全不給客人核實的權利。全程推諉，毫無服務意識，最後衹能自認倒黴去重新購買。提醒大家務必看管好貴重物品。 Very disappointing experience. I lost my earphones here. When I asked for help, the staff was extremely unhelpful and just told me to ask the cleaning lady. When she denied seeing them, the hotel refused to let me check the area myself, brushing me off with a verbal "if they say it's not there, it's not there." Zero transparency and poor service. I had to give up and buy a new pair. Keep your valuables safe.

因為開會，所以在這個位置住離會場特別的近，整體環境非常好，服務也特別的好，地理位置超級棒，在曼徹斯特遊玩都不用坐公共交通。

因為是老酒店，大廳還不錯，但是上樓以後，整個走廊都是一股濃烈的香水味，又同時夾雜一些陳腐的地毯味道。能感覺到試圖掩蓋老舊的味道用了多少香水。我兒子還受不了吐了。

普普通通很一般吧，能住別的新酒店就去住新的。 價格上其實也差不太多啊，哈哈哈哈。市中心別的還不錯，要麼就是凱悅hhh。

Lovely spacious room. The hotel itself was immaculate, and the complimentary use of the spa facilities (1hr) is a nice touch. This hotel is right in the centre of Manchester, so there are lots of things to do within walking distance.

很古老大氣的一家酒店，住的挺舒服。交通十分方便，就在市中心，離曼城唐人街步行可達。就是門口抽煙標誌不清，煙缸又細又小，門口沒有門僮提醒和服務。容易招罰款（暗中執法），給旅程增加了鬱悶和遺憾！

Absolutely loved our stay at The Midland Manchester – everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and couldn’t do enough for us. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely looked after, and the service throughout was faultless. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud – we had some of the best nights’ sleep we’ve had in ages! The room service was prompt, professional, and the food was delicious – a real treat after a long day exploring the city. Speaking of relaxing – the spa was absolutely divine. Clean, calming, and wonderfully designed, it was the perfect escape. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had – incredibly soothing and tailored to perfection. If you’re in need of some proper pampering, this is the place to be. Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better. Right in the heart of Manchester, everything is within walking distance, yet the hotel still manages to feel like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. All in all, The Midland is a true gem. Comfortable, elegant, and run by an outstanding team. We’ll absolutely be back!

The hotel and room was lovely, hairdryer wasn't working and seemed to be melted on the side, good location, spa all full on day of arrival and no complimentary birthday gift as requested but apart from small issues, was a nice stay
