我住的公寓單位為雙房間（一套套房），面積寬敞，很適閤家庭客租住。室內環境也很整潔，但還有一些細節需要改善，如暖爐和風筒有較多灰塵，洗衣機放置洗衣液格也有汙漬，要定期清潔一下。樓下雖有餐廳，但晚上10時都會關門，且房間向內園，所以不會有嘈音影響睡眠。公寓位置非常近市內大型商場和電車站，不到三分鐘便到。總體而言，是值得租住，性價比高，服務人員亦得樂意提供協助。

酒店很舒服，位置亦很方便，到附近景點步行已可以了，唯獨是門口比較隱蔽，難以尋找。但這也是小問題而已。

Right at the centre of city. Pubs and cafe just downstairs. Few minutes walk to Shudehill bus terminal ( interchange), tram station . Excellent location.

Great location. But the show gel dispenser was broken . Not sure if daily cleaning available, but staff was helpful when we needed more toilet paper. However staff might not be there sometimes.

It was nice stay, easy to walk around, near Piccadilly garden. Nice stuff, clean rooms, you will find everything you want at the room. Makes you feel at home.

No receptionist in the morning, so you cannot leave your luggage in the lobby (actually it doesn’t count as a lobby, but just a counter to pick up/ drop off your key) before or after you check out. No daily cleaning despite you had to pay for it. I would say it’s more like a bnb than a hotel room.

The location is at the heart of the city centre with many restaurants out of the doors, but noise was included, especially at night time. Free bus is available just 2 minutes away from the property. The facilities were a bit old. Netflix was provided that was wonderful
