房間不錯，就是要提前定哦，本來打算住三天，最後臨時需求要住多兩天，讓網上預訂不能前台直接續房，結果價格快3倍，被迫換了間酒店

酒店位置離開市中心區，步行15分鐘，出行算是方便。 清潔度一般，住了四天，有三天沒有收拾房間，要打電話到前台，找員工換毛巾，收拾垃圾。 早餐一般可以，沒有太多款式，味道正常，不會有驚喜。 英國酒店，沒什麼服務可言，設施不錯，樓下地庫有游泳池，有付費Spa，有健身室，設備一半，可以用。 酒店附近有曼城巴士博物館，步行20分鐘，從上世紀開始到八十年代啲巴士都有展覽，保養很好，非常珍貴，巴士迷必到！入場費六磅。

Stayed for one night and it was generally okay. Came out of Manchester Piccadilly station and it’s about 20 minutes walk from there. Close to Manchester Victoria station, though. Definitely not Radisson standard but not too bad. Room had stains on the carpet and the hairdryer bag was covered in hair. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was one person on reception at night and was difficult to get through because he was rushed off his feet. Breakfast was okay but pasties and flavoured yoghurts ran out very quickly and were not topped up. Wound I stay there again, probably not. Should you stay there? No harm in trying it out for yourself. Like I said, it’s not bad.

The location is great, 2/3 minutes walk and you straight in the center, Services not good, no room services, which itself made a big difference for me with the kids, limitation in using the pool with kids, which changed my plans, in the lift there are no clear information where is the gym/Spa, as there is a -1 and a -2 floor, I have come across other people lost at -1 wondering where the swimming pool was; run down quite a bit, broken sink in the room, loose tile, broken chairs in the Spa, which itself can be a great hazard. I kept calling the reception, room service and restaurant on Sunday morning to find out what time was the breakfast, no answer, I had to get dress and get the kids dressed and go downstairs. Cleanliness: the room was clean enough, yet again when you’re given a room with broken sink and tile, it makes the service itself not pleasant. Amenities: spa a bit dirty in the changing room, the pool feels nasty I came across several floating items, it feels like it’s not being monitored enough, not happy with the kids restrictions, if I knew I wouldn’t have chosen that hotel. Restaurant food and service was decent, it closes quite early, around 23 I think, so if you’re seeking on a Saturday night something to drink after that time I guess it’s not the right hotel for you.I think and guess since there are no room services you are meant to reserve this in advance and collect it before the restaurant/ bar closes. After all for a 4 star hotel I was not happy I will not be coming back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel during an event at AO Arena. The location was incredibly convenient, making it a breeze to access the arena. The room provided was spacious, offering ample space to relax and unwind. One of the standout features was the reasonable price, which made the overall experience even more satisfying. Additionally, the self-checkout mini store in the reception area stocked with a variety of snacks was a delightful touch. I found it convenient to grab a quick bite or indulge in some treats without having to venture far. Front desk were super friendly and quick, made the check-in and check out easy. With such positive experiences, I can confidently say that I will choose to revisit this hotel whenever I have another event at AO Arena.
