I booked this hotel as it had a bath. The plug didn’t fit the whole so I couldn’t relax and have a bath. It was on a main road where a new tram stop is under construction. Post midnight there was workmen continuous drilling. I found chewing gum under the bedside shelf. There was single glazing, the fitted moving window to block our noise was broken and wouldn’t close as my photo shows.

幾年前來住過一次感覺還行，這回是爛到家了。冷得要死，沒暖氣，給了一個玩具大小的電暖氣還時開時關。設施老的像是二十年前一樣。免費瓶水都沒有。唯一的電源口居然在電視機後頭。窗戶管不死，大風呼呼的。窗外噪音清清楚楚。前台愛答不理。唯一熱情的是早餐接待。

位置離申根簽地方很近很近，五分鐘不要的路程，離中國城也很近，前台服務很好，就是設施很陳舊，很小，記得朝前台要牙刷和拖鞋，我住的時候沒要到拖鞋説沒有了

Was a lovely stay for Pride, bucks fizz on arrival. Although we couldn't find our room as the receptionist told us the wrong floor, the number looked like a 1 and it was a 7.

酒店位置離皮卡迪利不遠，離另外一個火車站也不算特別遠。服務很好，但是wifi一直沒連上過，酒店都同意讓我換房間，可那個房間也連不上。房間裡的空調貌似沒有暖氣，後面工作人員送了一個暖氣片上來…酒店早餐選擇挺多，服務員都非常有禮貌。除了wifi和暖氣，別的我都覺得還行。

The room was lovely. Newly refurbished I believe. Everything we needed for our couple of days away. The breakfast was superb. Such a vast choice of foods. All well presented. Will definitely return.

The hotel staff are great just the hotel a bit run down. Insufficient wall sockets. We have to even remove the plug from the fridge to plug in the coffee machine or kettle

Booked this hotel, then sadly we were unable to attend short notice. Reached out to the hotel to beg for a date change. Happy to pay extra. Request declined. Explained we didn’t have much money and this was a treat. Declined. Completely unsympathetic and disgusting service. Uncaring and lacking in empathy.
