今年新開的酒店，房間很新很乾淨，距離球場非常近，看完球賽回去很方便，下次再來看球賽一定會再選擇這家酒店。

為了看比賽而來的，為了方便直接住這裡，我覺得房間非常舒適，但咖啡機好像壞掉了🥲

整體是不錯的，挺好

It's a new hotel, months old I believe with young, enthusiastic and polite staff. The management needs the ability to plan better for the large events though. We were part of a large number of people booked in overnight for an event at the Co-op live theatre. Check in and out was quick and efficient but breakfast was a bit disappointing as while the staff were polite, many of the food options ran out well before breakfast was over so there was a 10 minute wait for scrambled eggs and mushrooms. One eventually appeared, one didn't. I hope that these are teething problems that can be solved with a more experienced catering manager because despite this, the food on offer was good and the staff were polite and professional.

O quarto era bom, a cama grande. Os empregados foram todos simpáticos, mas não gostei que perguntei no check-in de tinham um transformador pois tinha esquicido o meu e a senhora disse que tinha à venda nas máquinas, como só havia um de tomada e o resto era de tipo USB e o meu cabo é tipo C decidi comprar antes de ir ao quarto não fosse alguém comprar e ficar sem opção. Qual não foi o meu espanto quando chego ao quarto e dá para carregar com o cabo tipo C ou tipo USB. A parte do pequeno almoço estava muito confusa, sem haver algumas comidas e as pessoas à espera.

Lots of construction so it’s all different to what it will probably end up being and this has not been addressed by the hotel to put up temporary signage even. Frustrating & unpleasant experience checking in. Got to the room and it’s not made up so had to go back to reception and we were given another room. THEN when I asked the doorman where I would need to meet the uber driver to get our meal and was told the driver would be sent through. This was never the case. I had to speed walk to the opposite side of the stadium to meet a very upset uber driver. The only thing our experience had going for it was the location. There wasn’t even a microwave in the room. Don’t expect many amenities or that you might heat any food up in the room either. Would I stay again? No. I would be looking for cheaper and further away from the stadium and all the construction hassles.

Tja...Dit hotel is gloednieuw, gelegen naast het Etihad Stadium van Manchester United. De bedden zijn heerlijk comfortabel. De standaard kamer is heel erg krap, met twee personen eigenlijk te krap. Je kunt nergens zitten en amper om het bed heen lopen. Dit vind ik voir zo'n prijzig hotel zeer kwalijk. Voor de rest was de koelkast gevuld met twee blikjes water. Voor deze prijs krijg je geen bad, maar een standaard douche zonder krachtige waterstraal. Ons uitzicht op de vijfde verdieping was een bouwput. Het meest hinderlijke is de airco- en afzuiginstallatie. Die kan niet uitgezet worden. Je hoort continu een zoem. Voor mensen die in stilte willen slapen, raad ik dit hotel niet aan. Het ontbijt kost circa 25 pond p.p.en is goed verzorgd. Wat mij opviel tijdens mijn verblijf is dat het personeel allemaal joviale twintigers zijn. Ik vind dit niet passen bij dit type hotel. Qua professionaliteit zowel bij de incheck als de obtbijtservice moet er in mijn ogen nog geprofessionaliseerd worden. Bij het inchecken kreeg ik het gevoel dat ik in een jeugdherberg was beland. Zou ik dit hotel opnieuw kiezen voor een city訂房網站 naar Manchester? Nee, zeker niet. Het is gunstig gelegen als je na een voetbalwedstrijd vlug je bed wil opzoeken. Maar vergeet vooral uw oordopjes niet!!

Hotel is fantastic. Room very clean. Great location right beside Coop Live. Super friendly staff. Only negative thing was taxi cannot drop off or pick at hotel atm but staff explained that this was only temporary. Would stay there again.

Could not check in - I requested a full refund of over £200 and it was declined they only want to take the money. I would not book that hotel again. But thank you to 訂房網站.com they offered compensation.

It’s very a very nice and neat hotel. The receptionist were very exceptional. I love the place and I am looking forward to come back
