Mixed stay - great service recovery but noisy room We initially booked a standard room, but when we walked in there was a strong smell of cigarettes. We called reception and the team sorted it out quickly, moving us to a much nicer room - really appreciated how fast they dealt with it. Unfortunately the new room was right next to the hallway doors, and every time someone walked in or out the door banged loudly. It kept waking us up through the night, which took the shine off an otherwise good stay. Staff were responsive and helpful when there was an issue, but it would be great if they could look at the door mechanisms on that hallway - a bit of extra care there would make a big difference for light sleepers.

The best hotel i choose this hotel coz i search about this hotel specially the room is so clean and we had a good time best hotel city view and i like SORA rooftop bar and restaurant, with city views over Albert Square and central Next time i will book again best hotel i give to 10/10 review,
