Simply just not clean. Stains everywhere, damage to desks, chairs. What appeared to be toothpaste stains on the door? See photos attached and hopefully you’ll choose somewhere which actually cleans/maintains its rooms instead

Zimmer war recht Sauber (Föhn,Handtuch,Shampoo,Fernseher) war im Zimmer mit ausgestattet.Wlan war sehr schlecht,Während dem Aufenthalt haben wir nur Mobile Daten genutzt.Bett war nicht wirklich bequem,Kissen waren sehr dünn.Ein Stuhl war im Zimmer den haben wir aber nicht benutzt da er schon sehr abgenutzt war der Stoff kam an den Seiten raus und er war dreckig.Im Flur lagen Pizza Kartons und gestunken hat es auch.

Really great stay. The outside and entrance is a little unappealing but our room was nice. It felt recently refurbished with a modern bathroom. Beds were comfy and the hotel was quiet. Free parking was a bonus. Staff were very friendly. Would return in future.

After an issue with the booking agent on my arrival, I had to wait over 45 minutes to get checked in, but the hotel were not at fault, and dealt with the issue admirably. Apparently the booking agent had booked my reservation through *******. The booking agent 訂房網站.com followed up this error by offering me some 訂房網站 coins to use on my next booking. The hotel is in a very old block of flats that have been converted, the air con did not work and the room was boiling hot every evening, there was a fan in the room to keep the heat down slightly. The maid was excellent, turning down the room throughout my 4 nights there. Only a tram ride to the city, approx 20 minutes, and very regular. Or local bus and train station is also an alternative. The hotel reception is located on the 2nd floor of the building, so you have to take the lift up in order to check in. The hotel has rooms on a few floors and offer breakfast as an option, I did not opt for this, due to my schedule each day. They definitely need to update the air conditioning and the room I stayed in looked dated but the supply of tea and coffee made up for the decor. The TV on the wall was a long way away from the bed and not ideal if you wanted to watch TV in bed.
