J'ai trouver ça très agréable d'aller à cette hôtel endroit très propre et très proche de plusieurs service restaurant centre d'achat à proximité très proche de l'autoroute à proximité d'hotel très calme comme hotel pas bruyant et très bon service au niveaux du déjeuner. Déjeuner très variés et délicieux. Je recommande l'hôtel holiday inn express.

Very affordable for a standard hotel experience. The first day the pool felt heated. The hot tub was very hot which was nice but had dead bugs and sand in it. It would have been great if the pool room was warmer Also the pool room floors are slanted and have rusty metal sticking out. Pretty dangerous when the floors get wet and I saw multiple children slip and fall. None of this bothered my kids and they had a wonderful time. The hotel room / beds / bathroom were very very clean. The location right by the road is handy but also kinda hectic. I could see the noise bothering some people. The people that worked there were not friendly. But maybe they were annoyed by my over joyed kids.

The pool is advertised being saltwater but the smell of chlorine was evident! My daughter just wanted to swim but her eyes were burning and swollen. Another family was coughing and covering their eyes with towels just to sit in the hot tub. I mentioned it to front desk but they didn’t seem phased and also mentioned getting a manager wasn’t possible.

The gentleman at the reception desk was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was well appointed and sparkling clean, as was the whole hotel.

The worst experience ever.! I need to cancel due to mistake location but unfortunately the hotel refused and they didn’t give other solutions either. No answer for call or respond to emails
