鶴吉川溫泉酒店 (Tsuruyoshikawa Onsen Hotel)

彼女の誕生日に行きました。早めに到著しましたが、快くチェックインさせてもらいました。 部屋に案內されるとウエルカムアフタヌーンティーが出され、彼女の誕生日をアイワイしてくれました。 庭園付きの部屋を用意されたので、透明なドームの中での食事ができ、露天風呂も堪能できました！ 夕食無しのプランでしたが、リムジンで近くのレストランへ送迎してもらいました。 何から何まで素晴らしく、すてきな時間を過ごすことができました。

This hotel is 5 mins + walk away from Manazuru station. We took a 1 hour 40 mins train from Tokyo station via the Tokaido line. First , when u reached the hotel . U will be asked to removed your shoes to change to their hotel sandals. It’s relatively quiet and dark and night. I think is pricing per night is reasonable. Given that the space given is pretty generous. U get a room as well as an outdoor garden. Pls bring a mosquito repellant because there’s mosquito in the garden. I love the food for breakfast. It’s Japanese breakfast instead of the usual international breakfast. The staff is exceptionally friendly. U get free flow ice cream that is haagen daz in the lobby as well as soft drinks and Evian water. They offer complimentary lunch at 12 o clock sharp. As well as hi tea with wine on a daily basis. it’s quite strange that they will ask u what time u would like to have your breakfast, then u will get a morning call every day around that time. I think it seems like a very personalised service. The hotel staff offered to do my laundry for free. I really appreciated it . They do offer to pick u up at the manazuru station and sent u there if u let them know u need the service. It is a pleasant stay. the location is 3 train stops away from odawara.

Every part of the experience was excellent — from the warm reception upon arrival to the room facilities and the quality of the meals, everything was truly first-class. The staff were courteous and friendly, and you could really feel their dedication to providing top-level service. The light meal served upon arrival was an unexpected delight. As for the facilities, all rooms face east, offering a perfect view of the sunrise. The room was far better than what we had seen in the photos. Although you have to go downstairs through the private garden to access the hot spring, it didn’t affect the enjoyment at all — the hotel’s interior design and atmosphere are exceptional, and every corner provides a pleasant experience. Overall, the quality of this hotel is outstanding. Since we were driving, I’m not sure about the transportation options, but if you’re planning a self-driving 訂房網站 around the Hakone area, this hot spring hotel is highly recommended.

朝食セットはとても種類が豊富で美味しかったです。 お部屋も高級感があり快適に過ごせました。 離れた星空ルームで食事ができるのも新鮮で、とても素敵な體験でした。

一泊朝食付きで宿泊しました。 スタッフの皆さまのサービスが非常に行き屆いており、心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。 一つひとつの対応が丁寧で、安心感があります。 食事、ロケーション、どちらもとても素晴らしいです。 ぜひまた宿泊したいと思えるホテルでした。

今回の旅行はオープンしたばかりの個性的な溫泉ホテルに泊まりに行きました。天然溫泉付き、プライベートガーデン付きの部屋は、プライベートガーデンで露天で映畫も見ることができます。プライバシーは、守られて良いです!鶴吉川ホテルは真鶴半島漁村の中に隠れており、部屋は新しく、1階の庭園と水池はとても素敵で、コーヒーを飲みながら、リラックスして水池を眺めてとても綺麗です。日差しが水面に照らされて旅行一気にゆったりした気持ちになりました。1番忘れられないのは、滯在中にすべてのスタッフの笑顔と溫かい親切なサービスでした。夕食とアフタヌーンティーは海辺ならではで、特に漁村の中にこんな高級な豪華な夕食があるのは感動しました。レストランのすべてのスタッフは非常に禮儀正しく、細かなサービスでそして料理は本當に美味しく、非日常の體験でした。機會があればまた、行きたいです。

今回來て、一番感じたのは、サービスコンセプト第一です☝️、無料送迎から、ホテル內のサービスまで。私が今まで見た中で一番快適なサービスです。食事はミシュラン級で、アイスクリームは食べ放題です。朝、カーテンを開けると海が広がっていました。以前は熱海や伊豆に行っても混んでいたので、今回はここを選びました。混んでいなくて、海が靜かで、溫泉も楽しめて、屋外映畫館もあって最高です。無料の著物の寫真撮影もあり、撮影後は熱心に寫真を作ってくれたり、寫真立てを註文してくれたりもしました。翌日お土産として渡します。私も友達も、また來ると思っています。

部屋、専用庭園がとても良かったです。 アメニティやサービス、スタッフの方々のおもてなしがとても良かったです。 また利用したいと思います。

這是一次極差的體驗，白白浪費了路程和時間。 預訂的是“奢華專屬花園和透明穹頂套房”，到了現場被告知“升級”到電梯無法到達，還要爬樓的樓層，進去一看，妥妥的“土”豪佈置，毫無舒適感可言，果斷拒絕！所謂的溫泉全是搭出來的蓬，且水需要臨時加熱。 交涉之後，得到了酒店方認為是網站上銷售的房間 - 301、302和303，絕對的標準間加一個小陽台，通往陽台的門，由於密封條短了一截，導致整個晚上呼嘯山莊，驚悚得無法入睡。 該標準間卻被酒店方再三確認且堅持認為就是訂房網站平台上銷售的“奢華專屬花園和透明穹頂套房”，這種睜著眼睛説瞎話的本事也衹能表示佩服了。 需要強調的是：所有的奢華佈置在到處擺放著的塑料鮮花和塑料松樹上完美滴得到了體現，給男士的粉色拖鞋也是亮點。
