Je suis venu en famille et cette hotel est sublime. Il y a tout pour les enfants et tous pour les adultes. Kids club très intentionné, le service au restaurant est très bien, au petit soin, la piscine et les toboggans sont top. Je conseil et je reviendrai

This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good. That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English. Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room. Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid. If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.

В номерах при заселении был сильный запах хлорки. В душе- запах мочи. Если номер над бассейном , то до трех ночи будет слышно персонал, гремящий посудой в баре. Если номер подальше- все равно везде шумят внешние кондиционеры (поспать с открытыми окнами, слушая звуки природы- не вариант) За 20 минут до выселения нам в номер начали (внимание!) ЗВОНИТЬ. Уважаемая администрация, это уже какой то привет из прошлого и лишь унижает гостей. Вобщем желанными гостями себя не почувствовали и вернуться желания нет. Резюме: если бы была цена ниже и 4 звезды - мы бы не удивились. Но 5 звездам качество отеля не соответствует.

Perfect om met je gezin en vrienden heen te gaan! Hygiëne was top! Alles was goed georganiseerd. Eten was ook heerlijk! 1 min puntje, dagelijks werden er evenementen georganiseerd, maar waar en wanneer was niet zo goed aangegeven. Tip: Op meerdere plekken aangeven, zodat mensen het kunnen zien / vinden wat er die dag te doen is.

начну с плюсов: Вкус блюд в ресторане (рыба, мясо, выпечка)- приготовлены вкусно и за несколько дней всегда было, что выбрать на шведском столе, также хороший выбор фруктов Море- удобный вход для купания с детьми Приятно погулять по территории, много хвойных А теперь минусы, на которые надеюсь, администрация обратит внимание: Своим сервисом отель застрял где-то в начале 2000х: очень много навязчивого пассивно-агрессивного отношения со стороны некоторого персонала: массаж и прочие услуги не стоит так навязывать и выказывать агрессию если людям это не интересно. Часть персонала, от которого вам наоборот, что то может быть нужно- с отсутствующим видом. Но есть и люди, которые помогали и относились дружелюбно (спасибо мужчинам на ресепшн), барменам в лобби за вкусный турецкий кофе
