1. food was pathetic due to which we had food poisoning 2. amenities were below average and we were asked to pay extra 700 for room heater in freezing cold of -2 degree Celsius 3. Room quality was poor and Google reviews are completely misleading

The hotel was cozy and comfortable but excellent room service and receptionist. There are still some major points which might stop me from visiting this place again. 1. There is 24/7 sewage water running on the road outside the hotel making the road not fit to walk. 2. There is no restaurant/shops in that entire locality where this hotel is located. 3. The restaurant in the hotel is your only option in that area which is expensive ,example : 1 plate egg curry which had only 2 eggs costs you 260rs. 4. The hotel is far from mall road and there is a stiff climb to reach the location which is not the best choice for old people and heart patients. The auto would charge 100rs to reach mall road from the main road. I would still recommend this hotel if some one needs a peacfull and silent environment to stay with the mountain view and enjoy the hospitality .

The hotel is good and staffs are amazing, nothing to complaint. You request something and they cater you. The three thing i am not comfortable and would make me think to revisit the hotel are 1. The restaurant food price is very very over priced and did not justify even the food quality. Example 260rs for egg curry, which has 2 eggs and not even 4. 2. The location is in a place where you have 24/7 water running through the roads outside the hotel making it a nightmare to walk as the place is full of mud and the hotel has a very stiff climb to reach which if you are heart patient or some one senior would be very challenging. 3. There is not even a single food joint/ eateries, medical shop, or any shop outside for immediate needs. Every time you need to travel to mall road you need to pay 100rs to and 150/200rs from mall road for the location. Again the hotel is cosy and amenities are good as they have kept in mind every single requirements of customers. Rest if you are physically fit and need a peaceful stay far from the mading crowd you can definitely book this place.

The rooms are good. Service is also good. Food is not up to the mark. Location is very near to mall road. The bedsheets are very dirty.

Good service and good rooms. If someone is traveling with family, this one is recommended when it's snowing heavily in manali, this hotel in the rangri area is pretty much safe. And this hotel has it's own parking.

Hotel stay is very very good and excellent staff behaviour is also very nice. Hotel rooms and facilities is very clean and hyginic.

My stay at apple nest was simply awesome. The staff members and receptionist were always very helpful, courteous & supportive. Would highly recommend one and all to visit apple nest for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
