Location is Good & Food also, but they won't provide early checkin or atleast accomodate.

The hotel stay and room is good, mountain view is awsom from inside the room and balcony but the service which they have provided is not good. They need to improve in service.

I will be to the point, delayed service ordered tea at 7. 30am never heard from them back even after 3 follow ups, food at the hotel was tasteless and pathetic, extremely rude staff not worth the stay and sheer waste of money, hotel is 40 min far from mall road,

Rockland inn is hands down one of the best places to stay! the location is perfect, offering easy access to key spots while providing a serene and comfortable environment. The food is absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options that cater to every taste. I recently booked two super deluxe rooms(family suite) at this hotel and these are my review comments: pros: 1. The staff at the reception were courteous and helpful 2. The view from the balcony was fantastic, offering a peaceful mountain backdrop. This was definitely the highlight of our stay. Cons: 1. The rooms had a persistent unpleasant odor due to poor drainage. It was quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to relax. 2. The flush in the bathroom was not functioning properly, which is something you'd expect to be in working order in any decent hotel. 3. There were no arrangements for tea, coffee, or even hot water in the rooms. For a hotel in this category, this is a basic expectation, and it was quite inconvenient. 4. The breakfast and dinner options were extremely limited, and the food taste was average. It lacked flavor, and the overall quality didn't meet expectations. 5. There were no facilities available to keep food or tea hot, which affected the overall dining experience. 6. The liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom wasn't working properly 7. Unacceptable service delays: even basic services like refilling the soap dispenser were delayed, which gave a feeling of neglect and lack of attention to guest needs. While the friendly staff and beautiful mountain view were appreciated, the overall experience was underwhelming due to poor room conditions, lack of basic amenities, and unsatisfactory food. For the price, overall it didn’t meet the expectations.

Good food n Breakfast. Nice view from room. Big clean and new room. enjoyed lot. I recommend rockland inn for all tourists of manali

Hotel ambience is too good, i booked family suite room & it was awesome, hotel food is also good to good, having all the basic needs, if you are looking to book this hotel, then it may be the hotel which you are looking for

Best place with good room service. Very helpful people and has a great view from the balcony i also loved the food quality and taste highly recommended place
