The hotel is located on Mall Road.The Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel needs to improve on cleanliness and Room Service which is not upto the Mark. Food quality is average and preparation time is long.

The hotel rooms are very old, water was constantly leaking from the bathroom, which we complained about but there was no solution. The food at the hotel was good but was served very late.

Staff was highly rude, Neither anyone attends calls on reception not on the housekeeping. Blankets were torn. The bathroom did not have hot water supply and the toilets were dirty and stinking. This property is situated adjacent to the sewerage treatment plant and rooms were stinking due to this. Paranormal sounds were also there from 12.30 AM to 4.30 AM. We were not able to sleep properly and were highly worried. Not suggested to anyone to stay in this property.

we found it on MakeMyTrip We paid around 1700 rs, but the property wasn't good, it's a total waste of money. we were expecting at least good cleaning and a good condition washroom. The gallery wasn't good as well. No Towel, No good condition blanket nothing at all. we had only good food. Immediately the next day we checked out. We preferred MakeMyTrip but it seems the Team is not making sure what clients are getting. please do have a surprise visit. Thanks

Location was good but cleanliness & hygiene issues, bedsheets, blankets were not clean. They should have provided kettle for hot water, every time we have to call for water and wait.

The food was bad. Apart from that the experience was ok. The room was ok. I stayed there for three nights. No housekeeping was done.

Good hotel and very good staff and management so my journey very very beautiful next time stay this hotel aane wale dinon mein garmi auro jyada hone wall hai isliye jaldi se jaldi malani aane ka plan banaen yahan ke hotel ke samne kamron ke baht acche location ha-in pahadon per rohtang mijane ke lye yahan se direct se available kara di jaati hai isliye aap yahan per aaye auro yahan kaya lutf uthaen
