歡樂時光酒店 (Happy Days)

The venue has no atmosphere, and the staff are aloof. I was reminded twice on my day of departure what time I had to vacate the room.The cleaner even knocked on my door at 10.20 am. to check that I was awake. I had been awake for hours. She just wanted to get in and clean my room early. I was given room 101, which was next to or close by the laundry room, which had the washing machine going constantly. There is no sun at all during the day on the balcony as it is in complete shade. My stay was only a stop gap to break my journey up and rest. This was impossible with the constant spin cycle sounding . If I had stayed any longer, I would have complained and requested to be moved. It was not a pleasant experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Ich habe für 3 Personen gebuchtFür mich und meine 2 Kinder , leider bekomme ich Studio für 2. In Webseite des Hotels stehet das 🛜 wifi in außer Bereich gratis, das stimmt garnicht es kostet 10 Euro pro Person für 7 Tage. Klimaanlage Kösters extra 9 Euro pro Tag. Am gleichen Tag habe ich gemeldet dass das Zimmer sicher nicht für 3 ist, darum gebeten ein andre Zimmer zu geben dass ich bezahlt habe. Das Personal sagt mir das für 3 Personen ist und sie haben keine andre freie Zimmer. Sie war unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit . Das Zimmer hatte 2 Bett 90x 200 und ein klein Sofa , es war nicht richtiges Schlaf Sofa das war ungefähr 70 breit und 160 lang. Sehr schlecht Erfahrung gemacht nie wieder in diese schreckliches Hotel.

Great place, location and owners. Apartaments are renovated and well equipped. There are two pools and bar with great good. Owners are fantastic giving you very friendly welcome and keep very comfortable during whole stay. Apts are very close to old city and shops area.
