헤라클리온 공항에서 차로 약 13~15분 거리. 호텔 직원은 매우 친절했고, 시설도 좋음.야외 수영장 있음. 저렴한 가격에 조식부페 제공. 여름에 오면 더 좋겠음. 현재 비수기라 근처 바닷가 밥집이 문닫은 데가 많아서 저녁 식사할 장소 (저녁 7~8시경)찾기가 어려웠음. 물 2병 제공했고, 근처 마트가 9시엔 열린데가 없어서 간단한 물품을 사기는 힘들었음. 크노소스 궁전까지 차로 15분정도 걸림.

Excelente relação entre qualidade e preço. A simpatia do Staff não nos deixa indiferente. Procuram sempre atender os nossos pedidos. O pequeno-almoço é bastante bom. Adorei a piscina e a proximidade com a praia.

I have a difficulty rating our stay because it started with a disaster: upon arrival, WE COULD NOT HAVE OUR ROOM. The staff claimed the room has not been freed in time for emergency reasons. So for the first night, with no choice, we were put in a 3star hotel nearby, in a little, smelly and hot room which is not at all a substitute for the one booked, even with a free dinner offered with it (in the same 3star place). Not speaking of the trouble of moving in the evening and the next morning, instead of all our plans. Despite this obvious and forced downgrade, we have been charged by 訂房網站 as originally booked, that is, as if we stayed the first night in Malena. Something is not right here.
