這次來長灘島入住兩間酒店,hennan palm 一晚及aqua boracay兩晚，結論：兩間飯店都很讚！！😍😍🌴 Hennan palm: 入住日期2026/1/17-1/18 海灘景雙人房355號房一晚6027台幣（訂房網站.com）清潔程度優，房間新,海景好讚，泳池讚，服務中上（房務人員櫃檯人員親切泳池邊的服務人員比較冷漠），泳池邊按摩按一小時多才台幣四百而且超級舒服.... 這次來是為了慶祝生日，雖然hennan什麼表示都沒有xD（有事先email說）但還是覺得飯店的一切都很好~ 當天是早上七點半就抵達卡提克蘭機場，因為我們有訂購飯店接駁,所以到飯店的一路上都很順暢（強烈建議訂購），就算只有我們兩個人也不會硬要湊人數才出發，直接讓我們兩個包車包船，早上八點多就到飯店check in。雖然房間還無法入住，但讓我們提早開始使用飯店設施，所以從早上十一點就開始躺在泳池邊😍 設施：有電梯，泳池乾淨，躺椅也足夠，沒有遇到躺椅不夠的問題。唯一缺點是整個住宿期間在外面用的浴巾只有一條，玩完水還要一直用濕毛巾感覺不太好（不確定是不是可以換？）房間：乾淨新穎，空間也大，海景很美，陽台躺椅也很乾淨，隔音ok都沒被打擾到，雖然面海灘但晚上也不會覺得被外面吵到。廁所感覺水壓很大，熱水穩定！！！服務：遇到的櫃檯跟房務人員都很好，都會親切打招呼！但泳池邊跟餐廳的服務人員就比較冷漠早餐：選擇多，但其實覺得普普沒有特別好吃，但坐在海邊風景真的很漂亮..... 本來看評論覺得很害怕猶豫超久，但真的住了以後覺得一切都很好，下次還會想來住，很推薦！！

兩個泳池，地理位置不錯，酒店比較新，去的時候給我們辦理了提前入住，酒店的自助餐廳很不錯，海景餐廳，晚上有表演，服務員有集體跳舞，就是晚上自助酒水飲料需要另外收費，其他都非常棒！

I had a great time staying at Henann Palm Resort in Boracay. The resort is very nice and well-located, just a few steps from the beach. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again!

這一點分數給的訂房網站售後和餐廳的服務員，大堂門口的安保和前台人員極其差，中國人一定要避坑！先來説説坑： 1、酒店地理位置對不上這個房價，預訂時候一千多的房價，地理位置近S3了，準確的説是S2.8。 2、再來説説前台接待人員，我預訂的是海灘景觀房，他一共有2樓3樓12間房間，我在第一天入住時候發現視線不佳時提出換房，前台人員答應我説第二天或者第三天給我換到3樓。我第二天去前台確認，她説有人續住了，我再次問她第三天換房確認嗎，她説一定可以。結果我第三天整理完行李之後和我説還是不行，要第四天才可以。我反覆溝通，她就重複一句話，她無能為力。 3、酒店乘坐tutu車很不方便，我第一次看見酒店有tutu車進來後下客變為空車，我剛想上去就被酒店安保勸離，我和tutu車司機互相一臉懵的狀態，酒店安保假意的問你去哪，説他會喊車進來。後面發現，其實就是他們的壟斷，外面進來的車都貴，且都是他們指定的車。最後説説好的地方： 1、換**件發生後，我聯繫了訂房網站，訂房網站客服馬上處理，這點還是很好的。 2、酒店早餐工作人員還是很好的，每次領我們到沙灘邊最近的位置就餐。總結：這個酒店性價比很低！

we had an amazing stay in Henann Palm and the location is fine since it is still beachfront but the service and the amenities... chef's kiss. The staffs are all attentive and really approachable specially when you need something so I highly recommend this hotel. Also the breakfast buffet... mwa mwa AMAZING.

The land transfer was smooth, but unfortunately, the check-in time took longer than promised. One of the front desk staff mentioned our room would be available by 1 PM, but it wasn’t until 2:30 PM that we could check into one room. We then had to wait another 30 minutes before the other room was ready. Additionally, the second room had an unpleasant “kulob” smell, unlike the first room. It’s disappointing that the check-in was the only issue, as everything else was fine.

酒店位置便，可步行到海灘，出去食飯買東西也方便，訂的直通泳池房，但露台門對正公用泳池，有人在泳池游水或晒太陽沒有私隱，所以只好關上酒店露台門，酒店共有三個泳池，環境不錯

I recently stayed at Henann Palm Boracay and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and everything was kept in perfect condition. The location was ideal—close to major attractions and restaurants, but still quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the on-site pool and restaurant which added to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service was always friendly and efficient. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I had a great time staying at Henann Palm Resort in Boracay. The resort is very nice and well-located, just a few steps from the beach. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. I recently stayed at Henann Palm Boracay and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was quick and smooth. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and everything was kept in perfect condition.
