The worst experience ever in Indonesia.. I accidentally booked twice for the same day in different apps and they refuse to offer me a refund or give me the room for another day.. Yeah my mistake I didn't check the dates but comeon are they robots to not honor the booking for the next day even though I paid twice? ***

One of the best hotels I ever stayed. Centrally located in Malang City. Having no maximum occupants and the 2 quen sized beds can atleast sleep 4😅👍. Complimentary 2 50K vouchers to the lvl 7 restaurant during our stay (Non Halal for Muslim) The only cons is no fridge in the room

Plesantly surprised by this hotel. Location is perfect with lots of cafes and eateries within walking distance. Room is big with 2 queen beds, perfect for the family. City view is nice, and the balcony is a plus point. The only setback is that the pipe for the toilet bowl leaks and there is a constant pool of water there, which could also be slippery and is dangerous. Maintenance could be improved.

Secara keseluruhan semuanya ok pake banget. Hanya aja , saya sedikit kasih saran, supaya pintu kamar mandinya bisa di ganti jadi pintu geser supaya agak lega. Karna saat kita mau ke kamar mandi itu pintunya mentok2 ke kasur. Memang kita diauruh hati2, tp kadang keadaan yg bikin kita buru2. Dari pasar besar nahan pubb,sampe hotel lansung buru2. Untung ga pecah tu pintu. Untuk staf sangat ramah , dan saya sangat beruntung di bolehin ceckin awal , dan ceckout di jam 12.30. Dapat jeda setengah jam, tp sangat bermanfaat. Jadi beberes dan sholat tidak terlalu terburu2. Dan lokasinya yg sangat mantap. Rame, dekat kemana2. Tinggal jalan kaki. Saya ga pake sarapan, namun dekat sana ada tempat sarapan yg sangat2 oke banget. Menu dan harganya ga mahal.

Udah 2x nginep disini, awalnya biz訂房網站 tapi kemarin kesini bareng keluarga dan keluarga puas banget sama hotelnya dan keluar udah wisata yg lagi hype kayutangan seru bgttt

Kamarnya luas, kamar mandi bersih, lokasi sangat strategis hanya kurangnya kettle di dalam kamar tidak tersedia. Harus minta dulu ke house keeping. Next bakal kesini lagi. Thankyou for the hospitality :)

I’am DISAPPOINTED with Grand Citihub Hotel!!! Day 1 : No bath mat and heater in room, beside that they give me room with connecting door but room beside me very noisy I called receptionist asked to changed the room but they were not allowed me to move and say all the rooms are the same with connecting room. Furthermore in the evening I went to Pork and Barell restaurant the waitress approached me and asked me to join to other table that’s very rude!! Day 2 : Due to there is an event so the road closed then I asked the front office but the front office didn’t give shout at me never give and solution just said “Jalanan di tutup ga mungkin sampe Gak bisa lewat” Water heater not working at all from the first day I came I did say to the receptionist but they don’t care at all. NOTE: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!! VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
