    as usual, the location is one of my greatest consideration when choosing this hotel. Furthermore, the connected building with department store and other cafe makes the stays very comfortable, no need to go here and there just to grab food and such

    Kamarnya bersih, ruang tunggunya juga luas, pelayanannya oke banget apalagi pas saya bolak balik minta stempel karcis parkir sama petugas receptionist nya hehe. Cuma sayang aja untuk parkiran kendaraan tamu masih terpapar langsung dgn sinar matahari. Tapi utk selebihnya oke banget sih ga ada masalah 👍🏻

    this time around, I experienced several technical issues with the electronic device and the staff was helpful. Glad to know how they focused on solving visitor' issues. Likewise, I got different room from another side of the building, the view in the morning was breathtaking

    in terms of of amenities, no shower soap and shampoo provided. If only the hotel told beforehand, would be better for the visitor. Above all else, the view was amazing
