We had booked the room with jacuzzi. The hotel entrance looked and smelled like you enter a swimming pool. The room had a very bad smell and we got nauseous. The manager had no other options for rooms and offered a total refund as we did not want to stay. That was cooperative. So we booked another hotel.

Petite chambre le lavabo est à l extérieur de la salle d eau( dans la chambre) donc peu pratique Buffet petit déjeuner varié et bon avec service à table.Petit salon de thé très agréable Personnel très à l’ écoute des clients Parking à proximité environ 290 m . Hôtel à proximité du centre historique .

A very disappointing hotel with several problems. On arrival nobody was on reception and the door locked so I had to wait 10 minutes to enter. My room had no window in spite of being described as having a courtyard view. A misleading scam. When I complained the only option was to pay 50 euros extra for a higher category room. The shower didnt work properly, surging from tepid to scalding. I reported this and they said it was a common issue and they would fix it. They did not but they did refund the 50 upgrade charge. Finally on the morning we left I went to breakfast at 7.50am but was made to wait until 8am when “breakfast started”. Avoid.

Hotel location is excellent, it’ located in the heard of tourist area. Hotel room is clean, big enough to open 2 of our 30” suitcases, bed and pillows are comfortable as well. All the hotel staffs are professional, helpful and super nice. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Malaga.
