Terrible services! After checked-in just informed me the lift are spoiled and ask my to climbs for 2 levels and carrying 10kg baggage without any helping from the hotel. Super smelly room and super dark walkway, stairs case and room. I really have no idea how it still offers for guest to stay!!!! Terrible and horrible

Classic design and comfy. Lift is rattling while traveling up and down. Customer service is OK. Near to many restaurant serving good food. Good value for money.

Hotel Mimosa is at town center, good location & valuable price, clean & spacious room, car parking available, easy access to tourist spots & food places, the Nyonya restaurant within this hotel is awesome!

The location of the hotel is good. There are several famous shops for dining nearby the hotel. Jonker Street and the river bank is also within walking distance. The hotel is a little old and need proper maintenance but still acceptable. However, the cleanliness of the hotel room need immediate attention. The floor of the room is not carpeted and is sticky when walking with bare foot. There is a Nyonya food restaurant within the hotel and the food is good. It is a good idea to make reservation as there are quite a lot of people during lunch and dinner hour. There is no other facility other than that.

very big space room for affordable price..very clean room & very comfirt bed..clean bathroom ..location very strategic ..im very sure come to the hotel again when have a 訂房網站 to kuala lumpur..keep it up guys
