Hotel okay.. room clean.. only got a little bit of soap stain in the bathroom but it's fine with us. Tv not working at first, then the maintenance came and repaired. Given an extra pillow, the front desk answered our call and solved our problem. Then the only unhappy here is the Bangladeshi staff is new and it's hard to communicate in english or malay. Overall, I'm a happy traveller. Thanks.

The service was good, all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Good location, is quiet. Room need more light and shower need some renovation.

Room is spacious. Service is good. To have breakfast, no nearby food court or coffeeshop. Need to have own transport. Level 3 lobby is warm, no ventilation.
