We were traveling for Umrah so we had to frequent Haram quite often. Although a bit far from Haram but the hotel shuttle is very well managed and frequent. The hotel is clean and has all the amenities of a 4-star hotel.

Nourriture bonne Pour la propreté nous avons eu un soucis d’évier bouché que le service de nettoyage a mis 4 jours avant de le réparer . Sinon tout le reste était parfait. Je recommande

3hari menginap. Kebersihan sangat baik. Hotel masih baru. Amenities lengkap sampai papan setrika ada. Bantal guling selimut tambahan juga ada di lemari. Kamar utk quad agak sempit utk taro 3 koper besar. Makanan juga lumayan enak tapi gak ada nasi pas saya sarapan. Ada shuttle bus khusus ke haram turun di terminal sheb amer. Jalan kaki masuk ke haram lumayan lah ya buat anak muda. Jgn coba2 utk orang tua indonesia yg jarang jalan kaki pasti sangat berat. Pelayanan reception nya juga membantu. Banyak taksi2 gelap diluar hotel nawarin harga gila2an. So far so good novotel.

I stayed at Novotel Makkah and overall everything was excellent. The only downside is the distance from Masjidil Haram, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus service. However, it’s important to note that the bus should always be on standby at least 30 minutes before prayer time and depart no later than 20 minutes before the adhan.
