Reception staff is efficient. We faced issue with the TV, the technical person came, then disappeared without any explanation. We call again, another person came to solve the issue. Room service offers limited menu - need to expand the selection. Overall our stay was OK.

The hotel is outstanding for those traveling for Umrah. Check-in experience was excellent, Riham answered our questions regarding the stay and gave us a room on high floor. We booked a room with partial Haram view, and it did not disappoint. The room itself is spacious, bathroom is clean, with separate basin for washing feet etc. If you’re tired after Umrah, 24/7 room service can deliver food to your room, although a bit pricey. Concierge service was excellent, Basir helped us store our luggage after we checked out, so we picked it up after few hrs. Definitely recommend!

I booked a room with a 訂房網站le bed with a Haram view but I got a room with no view at all and the room was closed off with a wooden window, That man in the recipient rejected the refund because the rooms are different so I had to stay because I couldn't cancel my reservation. Also, the room has no iron. The only good thing I had for this hotel was that it is so close to the Haram, but I am not happy with this experience at the Hilton Jabal Omar Convention Hotel
