The receptionist did not know about the online booking, when i came into the hotel they didn't have the confirmation for the booking reference which until i finished my check in time they still didn't confirm it. They must check the bathroom or toilets. Some of the amenities inside need to be repaired. Like the shower, sink, the wash water sprinkler

I went to the hotel with my family and the car was parked on the road in front of the hotel for 40 minutes. Even after that, I was asked to wait at the counter, but still I was not given a room because they did not have any. Later, I looked for another hotel.
